Welcome to the city of Trinity Bay, a city of beauty and elegance. Or so it seems from the poster for it in Cody's room. He and his brother lived alone, just two normal people in a decent neighborhood. In all honesty Trinity Bay is so bad that even the rats steer clear of it. The Crime Rate was through the roof. "Small time" gangs controlled the streets, creating anarchy. But within the Organized Crime, five groups vie for complete power over Trinity Bay. Each group's leader resembles villainous people physically and mentally. There's the Tagliatti Mafia family, led by Jimmy "Metal Head Tagliatti, control down town. Razorhead and his posse along with the Mexican gangs control the neighborhoods. Hanzo Okami and the Okami Yakuza control the suburbs and share control of the Asian Towns with the Triads. Almost every day someone has been whacked, beheaded, shot to a mere gore pile, or worse. The cops won't do anything about it, nor will the mayor. Who can save the city of Trinity Bay?

They see rapists, and murderers and child molesters. They're all getting out of prison…. Seeing this Cody and his older brother, Johnny a former Navy Seal, wonder what it would be like if there were vigilantes out in Trinity Bay taking out these gangs. After leaving an antique store looking for a gift for their mother and buying something extra, the brothers look on as a member of Razorhead's posse guns down a mother and drives off. The brothers get in their car and as they drive up to the man's car, Cody shoots the man with his own personal gift from the antique store, a harpoon gun. The harpoon, now stuck in the man's throat slowly kills him as he drives off. The two brothers then come to the realization that it's time for them to stand up to the criminals of Trinity Bay as vigilantes. Cody slowly builds his costume, and as he finishes it he would become The Akita, Trinity Bay's guard dog. While his Brother Johnny is only known as the Assassin, named for his skill in Martial Arts and training as a Navy Seal.
Along the way the two brothers meet up with friends who soon share the brother's idea, that it will take a normal person to combat the evils of such monsters that squeeze Trinity Bay, stealing its life force.

Here it is the story Concept Better Class of Criminal! All together there are four quotes, one from The Crow, one from the Dark Knight and two from Boondock Saints. The story is a bit more complex, but this is just the bare bones of the story.

the idea is very interesting, the only thing is that it feels a bit too much like Kick-Ass and Boondock Saints. it's a great concept, but maybe there are ways to make it stand out more.
